Day One
Welcome to Greater Boston
A Welcome Reception and a Tour Trends Guide greet your group upon arrival. Enjoy a Get Acquainted Dinner this evening. (Dinner)

Day Two
Boston, Lexington & Concord
Traces of the Revolution are bountiful in Boston. The tour begins in Lexington and Concord. Paul Revere’s famous ride occurred when he saw the lights in the Old North Church and rode out of the City to warn the residents of these towns. The first shot of the Revolutionary War was fired in Concord. This guided tour traces the route of Revere and the subsequent events that lead to the outbreak of hostilities. In Boston the guided tour of the city includes many famous sites including the Old North Church, Boston Common, the Public Garden, “Cheers” pub and the USS Constitution, better known as “Old Ironsides”. Free time in Quincy Market and the Faneuil Hall area is included.

Day Three
Salem, Rockport & Gloucester
A stop in Salem explores the scene of the famous Salem Witch Trials which overshadowed the success of the area as a successful shipping port. Admission to the Salem Witch Museum and to the House of Seven Gables, made famous by Nathaniel Hawthorne’s novel of the same name, is included. The Rocky Neck Art Colony which is located in Rockport, the next stop, is said to be the oldest art colony in the country. Within this colony is a maze of art galleries, shops and restaurants which fill the small converted fishing shacks. Continuing on to Gloucester, a stop is made at the famous statue commemorating the death of the Gloucester fishermen who went down with their ships. The movie, “A Perfect Storm”, was based on these fishermen and was filmed in this area. (Breakfast, Lobster Dinner)

Day Four
Depart for Home
Bid farewell, taking home many happy memories of Greater Boston. (Breakfast)
